A community-focused housing service is looking for two Intensive Housing Officers to provide excellent housing management services. Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate the core values of the charity.
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
• Experience of being a Housing Officer or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete housing assessments and sign up new tenancy agreements.
• Assist tenants to understand their tenancy and housing management policies.
• Support people in the day-to-day maintenance and safety of their home.
• Instigate and implement arrears procedures.
