The role involves recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring efficient onboarding processes. People are at the heart of our success, and we now have an exciting opportunity to join our small but dedicated HR team as Part Time HR Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of day-day HR operations, by providing essential HR administrative support across all areas of HR. If you have previous HR administrative experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment; and are highly organised and detail focused, we’d love to hear from you!
The role will require you to work 18.75 hours per week. The working pattern and times can be flexible, but a minimum of 4 hours per day must be worked on a Monday, Thursday, and Friday at our Head office in Basingstoke.
