Housekeeper – Ribble Court
As a Housekeeper at Ribble Court, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Creating a Welcoming Environment: Ensuring all areas of the home, including communal spaces, residents’ rooms, and facilities, are immaculately clean and beautifully presented.
- Maintaining Hygiene Standards: Adhering to strict cleaning schedules to uphold effective infection control and meet regulatory standards.
- Supporting Laundry Services: Assisting with laundering and returning residents’ clothing and linens to a high standard of care, preserving their personal preferences and dignity.
- Flexibility Across Departments: Working collaboratively within the domestic and laundry teams, ensuring seamless service delivery across the home.
Skills & Experience
- Team-Oriented: Strong team players with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Excellent Communicators: Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families.
- Experienced in Cleaning: Previous experience in cleaning or laundry services, whether in a professional or domestic setting, is essential.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Willing to work across various departments and adjust to the dynamic needs of the home.
- Detail-Oriented: Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable, safe environment for residents.
Hours & Pay
Hourly Rate: £12.26
Hours Per Week: 16
Shifts: 8:30 am – 4 pm (flexibility required as shift times may change)

Overtime is paid for working over full-time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8‑hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'WAGESTREAM'. Advertised pay rate is for shifts worked from 1st April 2025.
