A leisure management company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Leisure Centre. The role focuses on ensuring a safe and enjoyable customer experience, especially for wet side operations. This position requires opening and closing the site, supervising maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have First Aid at Work qualification and previous supervisory experience in the leisure sector. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Leisure Centre, ensuring a safe, enjoyable and quality customer experience, with a particular focus and responsibility on our wet side operations. Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.
You will also be a key holder for the building and therefore, will be responsible for opening and closing the site whilst on shift. Our sites are open from 6am - 10pm so flexibility with working hours is required.
