A leading telecommunications company in Gateshead is hiring for a Customer Service role. You will support customers with mobile billing queries, providing assistance on both simple and complex issues. The role is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to schedule breaks and offers potential for home working. With a starting salary of £13,379.73, rising to £13,698.13, plus uncapped commission, this position provides opportunities for career growth and various employee benefits.

Salary: £13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months being here, plus uncapped commission
Start Date: November 2025
Part Time: 20 hours per week (can also offer 25 or 30 hours)
Optional note: important shift pattern information indicates the evening schedule with end times around 9pm.

You could be helping someone with a simple billing question or something that needs a bit more work and ownership, you’ll be there for the customer supporting them all the way.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. Provided you’re naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
