We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated cleaner to join our professional team on a part‑time basis, responsible for delivering high‑standard cleaning services across several community sites in Thatcham — including community halls and other sites as required. As this role includes keyholding, the successful candidate must be flexible, trustworthy, and capable of working independently out of hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning duties at multiple sites including offices and community halls
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitising surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting faults/damage
• Secure opening/locking up of buildings as keyholder
• Following cleaning checklists
• Supporting weekend and Bank Holiday available

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Trustworthy and responsible – this is a keyholding role
• Physically fit and happy to work early mornings/evenings - your choice on evening or early morning
• Excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards
