Qualifications

• Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment.
• Experience of sales, either over the phone or face to face.
• Driving licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Providing high levels of customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Supporting with opening accounts, providing quotations and customer account management.
• Driving sales through customer calling, leaflet distribution and other sales activity.
• Managing cash in line with company policies.
• Following merchandising principles and ensuring product displays are well maintained.
• Assisting with stock control including processing deliveries.
• Supporting Branch operations and restocking customer sites.
• Complying with Health & Safety and Security.
