Part-Time Administration Officer (Student Services)
Start Date: September 2025
Location: L18 area, Ofsted Rated Good School
Contract: Fixed term (1 year), Term-time only, Part-time (18 hours per week, Wed-Fri, 8:30 am - 3:15 pm)
Salary: 11,247 - 11,982 pa ( 13.58 - 14.47 ph DOE)
Duration: Fixed term with potential to become permanent

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Rated Good Secondary School in the L18 area. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Officer (Student Services) to join a close-knit and supportive team. This is a part-time role working Wednesday to Friday during term time, forming part of a job share. The role will suit a well-organised administrator with excellent communication skills, who can support students' day-to-day needs and ensure efficient, accurate administration across the school.



Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration (school-based desirable)

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to student and parent queries

  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • First aid training (or willingness to train)
