Time Appointments are working on behalf of a specialist wholesaler in Ipswich who are looking for a Part-time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the finance function.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Credit control and purchase ledger processing
  • Processing expenses
  • Posting customer payments
  • Assist the Customer Support team with telephone support
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Skills & experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years accounts experience
  • Excel knowledge
  • AAT/bookkeeping qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good work ethic
