Job summary

A leading global automotive brand is seeking an IP specialist for a long-term contract in Bracknell. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will manage anti-counterfeiting cases and brand protection efforts. The position initially spans 7 months but may become permanent, with an attractive rate of £250-£300 per day inside IR35. Enjoy a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and excellent working conditions, including an early finish on Fridays.

• Experience managing anti-counterfeiting cases and brand protection.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements and enforcement.
• Ability to build relationships with external law firms.

• Manage contracting and licensing matters.
• Facilitate IP awareness amongst associates.
