A property management firm in Cambridge is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to manage client accounting for a portfolio of managed estates. The role requires considerable accounting experience, excellent numeracy skills, and a part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA. You will work closely with the Estate Management team and engage with clients, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Opportunities for growth and skill development exist within the team.
Hours: Full time (8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 16:30 Friday)
Term: Permanent

The Service Charge Accountant is responsible for the effective client accounting of a portfolio of managed estates. The role forms a vital part of the team, working closely with the Estate Management team and will also require regular interaction with external accountants plus some client correspondence. This is an exciting role which will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to grow. In all areas, you will need to ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to the required standards, delivering on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
