• Fully qualified Part 3 Architect (ARB registered preferred).
• Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-7.
• Experience across commercial and multi-residential sectors.

A leading Central London architecture practice with around 60 talented designers is looking for a Part 3 Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, design-led studio delivering commercial and multi-residential projects across the UK.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the delivery of complex, large-scale projects, working from RIBA Stages 3-7. The position is ideal for an architect who enjoys the technical and coordination aspects of project delivery while maintaining a strong design focus. You’ll be working closely with senior team members, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.

About You

• Fully qualified Part 3 Architect (ARB registered preferred)
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Strong Revit proficiency is essential
• Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-7
• Experience across commercial and multi-residential sectors
• Remediation project experience is advantageous
• Excellent coordination, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
