Position: Park Ranger

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to£12.21 per hour depending on age

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead exciting activities such as bushcraft, den building, bat walks, and creative sessions like nest box making and pebble art.
  • Encourage Guests to explore the park while fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural environment.
  • Protect and preserve the countryside by managing habitats to support wildlife.
  • Educate Guests on environmental conservation through engaging and informative experiences.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment within the park’s Nature activity areas.
Requirements

You may already be a Park Ranger or Activities Leader which is great, or maybe you have experience as a Cubs, Scouts or Guides Leader! All we are looking for is…

  • A love for the great outdoors, a passion for working with nature and the ability to inspire and motivate others with outdoor learning.
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge
  • Experience of working with young children (of all ages) and families / Groups of people
  • This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
