Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum CII Level 4 qualification required.
• Proven experience in delivering Paraplanning services within a financial planning environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver client reports and annual reviews to the highest professional standards.
• Gather, record, and maintain client data using Intelligent Office.
• Manage and prioritise personal workflow to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Conduct product research to support financial planning recommendations.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal manuals.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning

Proficient in using financial planning tools and modelling software

Excellent interpersonal skills to build client trust and confidence

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach to work

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
