Our client is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning team in Leamington Spa. This role involves preparing detailed financial reports, carrying out technical research, and ensuring advice is compliant, client-focused, and practical. It’s well suited to someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working closely with advisers in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Financial Advisers to design tailored financial plans based on client objectives
  • Prepare clear, compliant, and well-structured suitability reports
  • Carry out detailed product and provider research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
  • Liaise with clients and providers to obtain necessary information and documentation
  • Keep up to date with regulatory and industry developments, ensuring advice remains compliant
  • Support the use of cash flow modelling and financial planning tools
  • Attend client meetings with Financial Advisers where appropriate
Essential Requirements
  • Previous paraplanning experience
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
