About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in Private Client work who is looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the team with a range of client matters
  • Manage your own caseload of client work
  • Meet and greet clients and handle telephone enquiries
  • Take new enquiries from prospective clients
  • Manage financial and administrative aspects of client matters
  • Keep fee-earners updated on task progress
  • Manage diaries and inboxes
  • Coordinate electronic documents with external parties
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation
  • Participate in networking and business development initiatives
Candidate requirements
Experience
  • Previous experience in a Private Client department
  • Good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated and personable
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
