Paralegal - Court of Protection

Location: Brighton

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Working pattern: Hybrid after 3 months probation

What You'll Do

Working on the frontline with clients, being their point of contact & attending meetings with the fee earners

Support fee earners with casework and administration

Liaise with clients, families, and professionals

Manage client affairs, budgets, and legal documents

Handle enquiries and draft correspondence

Attend events to promote the team

What you will need to succeed

Court of Protection experience (essential)

Law degree (desirable)

Organised, proactive, and great under pressure

Empathetic and confident communicator
