Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing ancillary documents, managing due diligence processes, data room administration, and supporting the smooth running of transaction closings.

In addition to technical legal support, the Paralegal will play a key role in overseeing a team of junior paralegals, delegating tasks, providing informal training, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across the team.

This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment that would suit someone confident, proactive, and highly organised, with a genuine interest in both corporate work and team coordination.

  • A supportive team environment with exposure to high-quality corporate work
  • Long‑term career development in a respected international firm
