Responsibilities

• Inspect wooden pallets to check for damage and quality
• Sort pallets into usable and repairable categories
• Remove damaged parts and carry out basic pallet repairs (training provided)
• Keep the work area safe and organized
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• No experience needed – training provided!
• Experience in a similar role (warehousing, recycling, pallet sorting) is a plus but not essential
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good physical fitness – some lifting and manual work involved
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
