Job Title: Paid Social Planner- DTC, E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
Location: Manchester(Hybrid/Remote options)
Salary: up to £48k.

About the Role

We're working with a fast-growing London-based agency looking for a Paid Social Planner to lead DTC and E-Commerce campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on performance marketing professional who loves driving results, mentoring juniors, and shaping the agency's DTC offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more
  • Manage campaigns end‑to‑end: ad copy, targeting, bids, and optimizations
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions
  • Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the team
  • Ensure campaigns meet client briefs, objectives, and KPIs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Paid Social Media Plannig
  • Experience with DTC brands and e-commerce campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Tag Manager
  • 1+ years client‑facing experience (QBRs, monthly reporting)
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns successfully
  • Passion for staying up‑to‑date with industry trends
