What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Be the primary point of contact for the client, guiding all social strategies and campaigns with your expert vision and leadership.
  • Drive Campaign Success: Take ownership of campaign readiness-to-buy (RTB) across all initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and standout results.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Manage and elevate partnerships with social media collaborators to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand presence.
  • Strategic Oversight: Own the T&L roadmap, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives and strategic objectives.
  • App Strategy Leadership: Act as the key liaison for the client's App strategy, delivering quarterly insights that steer growth.
  • Team Management: Mentor and oversee a talented team of 2 x Account Managers, cultivating an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Financial Expertise: Take charge of the financial processes for social, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all operations.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and updates, ensuring our clients remain informed and ahead of the competition.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
