A large NHS teaching trust in Orpington is seeking a dedicated clerical support professional to manage patient information and assist medical staff. Responsibilities include updating patient data in the Epic system, conducting quality audits, and ensuring timely processing of external correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in a clerical role, ensuring quality patient care through effective information management. To provide high quality clerical support to the medical and nursing staff on the ward and to be responsible for the management of patient information. To be accountable for the greeting of patients and visitors attending the Children’s Ward and ensuring they are informed appropriately.
