As an experienced nurse trained in the care of children and young people with Diabetes, there is an exciting opportunity to work within the dedicated and dynamic multi-professional team at SASH. You will be offering support that bridges the home, school and hospital settings, covering inpatients, clinics and home/school visits for children and young people mainly living in East Surrey and West Sussex. You should be RSCN/RN with a current live PIN on the NMC register.

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operates a 24-hour service, 365 days a year. Nursing, clinical, and operational roles may involve working on a 24/7 shift basis.
