As an experienced nurse trained in the care of children and young people with Diabetes, there is an exciting opportunity to work within the dedicated and dynamic multi-professional team at SASH. You will be offering support that bridges the home, school and hospital settings, covering inpatients, clinics and home/school visits for children and young people mainly living in East Surrey and West Sussex. You should be RSCN/RN with a current live PIN on the NMC register.

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operates a 24-hour service, 365 days a year. Nursing, clinical, and operational roles may involve working on a 24/7 shift basis. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and can make reasonable adjustments during the application process. Successful candidates will be appointed to the first pay step within the band at start unless there is relevant NHS continuous service. Part-time salary is pro-rata based on hours worked and applicable AfC terms. Some vacancies may close early if there is a high volume of applications.
