Job summary

A multinational food manufacturer is seeking a Packaging Development Manager based in Greater London. This role involves overseeing packaging specifications and working closely with various departments to enhance packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in food or related science, alongside demonstrable experience in FMCG packaging roles. Competitive salary range is £38-45k. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in an FMCG environment in a Packaging Technical role.
  • Strong understanding of performance characteristics of various packaging materials.
  • Experience managing factory trials.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the agreed Packaging programme working with Marketing and Product Development.
  • Provide support for packaging specifications and implementation.
  • Attend Factory Development Meetings to ensure communication.
