Creative Artworker - packaging, FMCG

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Creative Artworker to join a busy and collaborative in-house Creative Team, reporting directly to the Head of Creative. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of projects where you’ll be central to maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative output.

Key responsibilities include:

• Artworking design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital projects
• Upholding brand and corporate guidelines across all creative work
• Creating layouts, graphic assets, and typography for a wide product range
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with company goals
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Ensuring all artwork is properly archived and templates are maintained

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Creative Artworker or similar design role
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail, colour, and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus skills:

• Adobe XD, After Effects
• Photography experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing design requirements

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
