Package Manager - Façade
Village Ashton-under-Lyne & Leeds
Permanent salary + package

My client is a busy regional main contractor that due to a recent contract win require a facades package manager. They have won a large contract with a blue-chip hotel chain. The works require upgrades and new facades on these hotels.

You will have worked as a package manager within facades, organising materials on both replacement and installation on this type of project.

Responsibilities

• As Facades Manager you will have previously worked ideally within facades and cladding. Part of a Site management team delivering any schemes over 8million. As a Facades Site manager, you will be responsible to manage site teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity specifically for the Facades and cladding is running programme and planning.
• With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of managing subcontract packages.
• You will be overseeing the management of two schemes locations as listed above. This is an opportunity to join main contractor with excellent pipeline of secured clients and projects.
