A local primary school in Cardiff is seeking a motivated Office Manager to manage admissions and attendance and analyze school data. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of SIMS, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and communicate fluently in Welsh. This position requires a positive attitude and discretion, supporting the school’s Catholic ethos.

Duties and responsibilities include analysis of school data, managing admissions, attendance and staff absence. The successful applicant should have excellent knowledge of SIMS including FMS module or an equivalent management system. The successful applicant should be able to work as part of a team and also act on their own initiative. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be able to respond positively to the confidential nature of the post.
