Hours : 37 Hours per week, Term-Time Plus 4 weeks. Monday-Thursday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm & Friday 8 : 00am-3 : 30pm
Contract Type : Fixed Term for 12 months
Grade : Future Schools Trust Grade J
Salary : £32,456 - £36,117 per annum (£34,421-£38,304 FTE)
Start : January 2026
New Line Learning Academy is looking to appoint a PA to the Head of School on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2026.
This is an active and varied high-profile role which requires an individual who can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders, including senior managers. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment with line management responsibilities. As PA to the Head of School applicants must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure, whilst demonstrating a discrete and professional manner. Considerable proficiency using IT and software packages is essential to this role and previous experience of working in an educational background is an advantage but not essential.
