Job description
PA for 15 year old girl 4 hrs PW term time + 6 school Holidays – LS8 Roundhay

A Personal Assistant (PA) is required to support my autistic daughter. She requires one-to-one support to access activities outside of the family home. This will give her the opportunity to build her social skills and awareness of her surroundings. She has to be looked after at all times when outside due to her having little sense of danger and road safety.

My daughter is 15 years old. She enjoys trips to local parks, the cinema, museums and visits to our local cafe. She loves telling stories and enjoys the people around her joining in with her story telling. She attends an SEN school in Leeds and is a confident and happy member of her class. She loves to dance and sing whenever the opportunity arises, and enjoys her weekly dance classes. She loves Strictly Come Dancing.

My daughter is autistic. She has no problems communicating verbally, and is great company. When she feels anxious she requires a gentle approach to help her communicate her feelings and regulate her emotions.
