We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented People & Culture (P&C) Operations Manager to deliver end‑to‑end HR operations for UK & Ireland on a 12‑month fixed term basis. Reporting into the Head of EMEA P&C Operations, this role is critical in managing HR operations processes, employee relations (ER) cases including disciplinary and dismissal procedures, and supporting HRIS utilisation with a strong command of SuccessFactors.
This role is perfect for a pragmatic HR professional who thrives on operational excellence within a fast‑paced, matrix organisation.
We are ideally looking for someone to start in role by the 1st February 2026. Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract which includes a 25% of base completion bonus. We can also consider a Contractor agreement on a day rate.
