P&C Manager

Location: Stoke on Trent, ST1 5PZ

Hours of work: 37.5

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 9 months

We are looking for a P&C Manager to join our supportive and open team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers the chance to make a real difference in shaping the employee experience, while being part of a team that values honesty, support, and above all, happiness at work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide policy and procedure guidance, coaching managers to reduce risk
  • Lead ER case management, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries
  • Support restructures and TUPE processes with Centres of Excellence
  • Liaise with unions in collaboration with ER specialists where required
  • Implement and embed people solutions and P&C initiatives
  • Guide managers through hearings and complex employee relations matters
  • Ensure adherence to best practice and consistent application of policies
