Job summary

An education recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Outreach Tutor for delivering tailored education packages to pupils in Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate will need QTS or equivalent, a strong knowledge of GCSE subjects, and a commitment to re-engaging pupils in their learning journey. This position offers flexibility with hours ranging from 10 to 15 per week at a rate of £25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in a UK school.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Re-engage pupils in learning and build their confidence.
