Overview

Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale F: £26,766 to £29,034 pro-rata per annum (Actual) (£28,598 - £31,022 full time/full year equivalent)

Working Weeks: 42 weeks

Start Date: November 2025

The successful candidate will provide operational support within a team of support staff. This is an exciting time for Maths at the Inspiration Trust, as the reach of the team grows the need for a strong operational support team is paramount.

Responsibilities
  • To provide operational and clerical support services to a high standard, supporting management, other office staff, teachers, students and parents in an efficient, positive, professional and effective manner.
  • To work within a team, leading on specific areas of responsibility as directed by the Maths Team Support Lead.
  • To support the operational management of the East Maths Community and Outreach Teams and provide support to the Leadership team, the Advocate Schools and University of East Anglia.
  • To liaise with schools, book places on training programmes, monitor and record finance transactions, support Work Group Leads and line manage other staff.

About Inspiration Trust

This is an exciting time for the Maths Team within the Inspiration Trust, having recently been awarded a contract to develop and launch the East Maths Community.
