A local NHS Trust is seeking a Receptionist for their outpatient service in North Hillingdon. The role includes providing reception duties across various locations, managing patient records, and ensuring high standards of customer care. Outpatient service is a busy and friendly place to work; it is across seven areas and applicants will rotate between all outpatient areas as required. Receptionist 37.5 hours per week. Our local patient surveys and friends and family test praise our reception staff as being caring, professional and welcoming. Our services cover the full spectrum of clinics including minor surgery, medical, surgical clinics. Working with us offers experience in developing customer care skills, working with a multi‑disciplinary team, multi‑cultural patient group and offers training in relevant IT systems.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
