A public sector organization in Coventry is seeking a Senior Administrator and Project Coordinator for the Outdoor Education Service. The Education Entitlement Service (EES) aims to deliver outstanding services for our customers, primarily the children of Coventry, who may require access to education or alternative education provision. The Outdoor Education Service, staffed by experienced personnel, provides high-quality outdoor and residential experiences within Snowdonia National Park.

This role combines senior administrative expertise with project coordination skills to support the efficient operation of funded, non-funded, and commercial programs and events within the Outdoor Education Service.
The Senior Administrator and Project Coordinator will handle bookings, financial management, resource allocation, and project delivery, playing a key role in enhancing outdoor education programs' quality and accessibility in Coventry.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, with no sponsorship offered. The role is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a DBS check. We seek a highly organized, enthusiastic individual passionate about outdoor education and youth engagement, with strong IT, communication, and administrative skills. Experience in outdoor settings or youth work is advantageous. Training opportunities are available.
