A leading mental health trust in St Albans seeks an Occupational Therapist to manage a clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments in diverse settings, developing therapeutic interventions, and facilitating groups using the Recovery Through Activity framework. The OT team consists of a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and two OT Assistant Therapy Practitioners. High quality supervision is integral to all OT posts and provides many CPD opportunities, including OT in‑service training events throughout the year.
