A leading conservation charity in Greater London is seeking an Organisation Development & Training Administrator to support learning and development initiatives. This role involves administering the online learning platform, coordinating training logistics, and assisting with employee development programs. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a hybrid working model with a focus on collaborative team support.
Purpose of the role
Join ZSL in our landmark 200th anniversary year, working at the heart of the organisation and supporting colleagues across our Zoos and conservation teams.
As Organisation Development & Training (OD&T) Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping learning and development activities running smoothly across ZSL. You’ll support the OD&T Advisor with day-to-day administration, including managing our online learning platform and training inbox, coordinating with Finance to raise and process invoices, and helping deliver training programmes, EDI initiatives, and wellbeing events.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Learning & Development, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be supported by a collaborative team that values inclusive ways of working and brings together a wide range of expertise, while contributing to meaningful initiatives that support and develop our people.
The role offers blended working, with two days per week based at our Regent’s Park head office and some travel to ZSL sites as required. The interview process will consist of one in-person stage (with flexibility for candidates who are overseas or on holiday). We are aiming to hold interviews week commencing the 19th January 2026.
