Job description

As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience in Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development, sales origination, and client delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  1. Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle Payroll and HCM deployment projects as an Engagement Manager.
  2. Provide specialist Oracle advice and work closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of Oracle.
  3. Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Oracle related to HR operating models, self-service, portal, virtual agents, and HR processes such as Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, and Offboarding.
  4. Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bids, proposals, and contract negotiations with Oracle clients.
  5. Support the growth of the Powered HR practice through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and mentoring team members.
  6. Advise on technical integration of Oracle applications with other client systems like payroll, benefits, and finance.
  7. Guide data migration and ensure data integrity during deployments.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders across Powered HR and other teams to maximize client offerings.
  9. Exemplify company values and principles, leading by example.
  10. Assist in goal development and coaching to develop junior management within the practice.
  11. Proven experience delivering Oracle Payroll and HCM programs.
  12. Advanced functional understanding of Oracle products.
  13. Experience leading HR transformation projects and managing teams.
  14. Strong knowledge of Payroll and HR processes.
  15. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  16. Experience with other HCM cloud products like Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors is desirable.
  17. Comfortable with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  18. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  19. Strong analytical skills for complex issues and large data sets.
  20. Experience in a functional or technical role in HR systems delivery.
  21. Ability to produce project deliverables such as requirements, specifications, and process flows.
  22. Ability to adapt knowledge transfer approaches as needed.
  23. Quick learner of new technologies.
  24. Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
  25. Functional knowledge of HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Case Management applications is advantageous.
  26. Experience as a configuration expert or project manager in enterprise software deployments.
  27. Strong commercial acumen and desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  28. Eligibility to gain and retain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
  29. Educated to degree level.
  30. Oracle certifications are desirable.
  31. Certifications in ServiceNow or Workday are desirable.
