As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience in Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development, sales origination, and client delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle Payroll and HCM deployment projects as an Engagement Manager.
- Provide specialist Oracle advice and work closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of Oracle.
- Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Oracle related to HR operating models, self-service, portal, virtual agents, and HR processes such as Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, and Offboarding.
- Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bids, proposals, and contract negotiations with Oracle clients.
- Support the growth of the Powered HR practice through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and mentoring team members.
- Advise on technical integration of Oracle applications with other client systems like payroll, benefits, and finance.
- Guide data migration and ensure data integrity during deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Powered HR and other teams to maximize client offerings.
- Exemplify company values and principles, leading by example.
- Assist in goal development and coaching to develop junior management within the practice.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Payroll and HCM programs.
- Advanced functional understanding of Oracle products.
- Experience leading HR transformation projects and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll and HR processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with other HCM cloud products like Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Comfortable with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills for complex issues and large data sets.
- Experience in a functional or technical role in HR systems delivery.
- Ability to produce project deliverables such as requirements, specifications, and process flows.
- Ability to adapt knowledge transfer approaches as needed.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
- Functional knowledge of HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Case Management applications is advantageous.
- Experience as a configuration expert or project manager in enterprise software deployments.
- Strong commercial acumen and desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to gain and retain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
- Educated to degree level.
- Oracle certifications are desirable.
- Certifications in ServiceNow or Workday are desirable.
