About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join a leading enterprise technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions connecting cloud applications and on‑prem systems. You’ll work with cutting‑edge Oracle Cloud technologies and play a key role in large‑scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using OIC to connect Oracle Fusion applications with external systems.
• Implement file‑based integrations using FTP / SFTP and configure OCI File Storage.
• Develop and optimize PL / SQL packages for data staging, transformation, and FBDI processing in Oracle ATP.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports for Fusion ERP / HCM and integrate outputs into OIC flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
• Maintain documentation of integration processes, PL / SQL logic, and OCI components.
• Mentor junior developers, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer.
• Expertise in OIC3 integrations using REST / SOAP, FTP / SFTP, and SaaS adapters.
• Strong Oracle Cloud Applications knowledge (ERP, HCM, SCM, WMS).
• Advanced SQL and PL / SQL skills; experience with external tables and FBDI processes.
• BI Publisher (BIP) report creation, scheduling, and integration with OIC.
• Familiarity with OCI services (File Storage, Logging) and network connectivity to on‑prem systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
