A leading international consultancy in the UK seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment Lead Consultant to drive recruitment solutions within its Business Consulting team. This role entails owning the recruitment solution definition, leading consultancy teams in delivery, and building strong stakeholder relationships for successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have relevant Oracle certification, significant experience in consulting/project roles, and excellent communication skills. Grant Thornton’s Business Consulting consists of Enterprise Applications, Technology, Finance, Operations, Deals and People focus areas. The Enterprise Applications (EA) Practice is responsible for advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology in particular, and ERP/HCM applications advisory consultancy more generally.

As an Oracle cloud Recruitment and core Lead Consultant within our team practice, you will:
Joining us as a Oracle cloud Recruitment Lead Consultant, the minimum criteria you’ll need is relevant Oracle certification in Cloud HCM/recruitment, and multiple years’ experience in similar Consulting/Project roles, covering both successful project delivery and related sales/practice development activity. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
Your experience will be both as HCM implementation consultant individual contributor, and lead, with strong experience both in terms of solution design and hands on functional and technical delivery. Your experience may be in a mix of implementation and end user roles, but as a minimum you will have undertaken multiple Oracle recruitment implementations with involvement in other modules such as Core HCM, Compensation or payroll.
