Location: Portsmouth Naval Base, Scotstoun or Filton. Flexible working arrangements available. Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on skills and experience.

Contract: Full‑time, until 31/05/2026, IR35. Remote work with travel to office locations once a month max. SC Clearance required.

Job Description

We are looking for an ILS Engineer with expertise in integration, project management, and troubleshooting. The role involves supporting critical systems, configuring MES, and improving processes to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support MES‑related projects throughout the full project life cycle.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise and consulting to customers in a team environment.
  • Prioritize, plan, and deliver solution‑specific projects both independently and collaboratively.
  • Create, maintain, and transfer documentation and knowledge across the lifecycle of each project.
  • Consult with customers on service‑line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Deliver tangible value outcomes that improve care delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery or support of Oracle Health products and services.
  • Proven experience on Oracle Health Powerchart, Mpage, Orders, Physician Documentation, iViews, Nursing integration and integrated solution modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Preferred: Experience with Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules). Technical troubleshooting skills and awareness of Oracle Health Custom Reporting (CCL). Experience in a support or application managed services organization.
Additional Information

This role requires relocation to New Zealand. Visa sponsorship and relocation will be supported.
