Role Title: Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical Architect

Overview
Your role as an Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical Architect is to provide impactful solutions to clients and support existing solutions. Focus areas include ongoing support of Oracle CLOUD HCM modules, specifically Core HR/Payroll for the UK public sector. You will lead client engagements, discuss integrations, manage transitions from the current system, and report across relevant modules. A key part of the role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle CLOUD HCM, focusing on Core HR/Payroll for UK clients.
- Participate in Data Conversion activities, including defining Data Conversion Strategy.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
- Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
- Lead the transition of ongoing systems and coordinate customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll, and other modules.
- Utilize knowledge of HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, and Performance Tuning.
- Provide necessary support and guidance to existing solutions and prepare status reports with RAG status, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle CLOUD HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UK.
- Proficiency in Core HR and UK Payroll.
- Knowledgeable in HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, and Performance Tuning.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, and management).
- Experience with supporting existing solutions and preparing status reports with RAG and RAID log.
