Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in the UK is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Admin/Developer to join their team. This role involves administering Dynamics 365 environments, developing custom solutions, and designing APIs using NodeJS within Azure. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders and provide technical support while following Agile practices. The position offers a hybrid work model with office-based days on Fridays and home working from Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Admin/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, with a focus on customisation, configuration, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring system availability and performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain custom solutions within Dynamics 365, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create and manage web resources, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement APIs using NodeJS within Azure environments.
  • Manage backend components using MS-SQL, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
  • Utilise the full Microsoft O365 suite, including Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS AI, to extend CRM functionality.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the CRM system.
  • Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in Scrum meetings.
