• Build, enhance, and automate dashboards and reporting for Operations using SQL, Python, and Tableau - making key data accessible and actionable for stakeholders, while reducing manual work across the team.
• Support the development and deployment of AI Insight models, including prompt engineering, collaborating with Operations to validate results, and partnering with Engineering teams to productionise solutions.
• Work closely with Analytics Engineering to design and embed DataMarts into reporting, enabling robust and reliable reporting for Operations.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests, turning operational questions into clear, actionable insights that drive process improvements and informed decision-making.
  You are a proactive problem-solver with a high-attention to detail, who is keen to dive in and understand challenges and opportunities with key stakeholders.
• You know how to story tell through data and are comfortable communicating and translating across technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• You have hands‑on experience with SQL and Python or a similar language.
• You've had exposure to Tableau or another BI tool (such as Power BI or Looker) and have built dashboards or visualisations.
• You thrive on variety - enjoying the opportunity to work on a range of projects, collaborate with colleagues from different teams, and continuously learn as you go.
• You have experience (or demonstrable interest) in Operations and/or AI and are excited and curious about the opportunity to work with breadth and depth across these two key areas of the business.
