You will require good communication skills, a teamwork approach and be able to provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team.

Informal visits or chats are always welcome – contact us today to discuss the position in more detail or organise to come and visit! This advert is open to registered or newly qualified nurses.

Main Duties of the Job

Provide and maintain a high standard of evidence‑based, patient‑centred care. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and develop practical skills required within the speciality, while reflecting the philosophy of care. Deliver patient care on a daily basis using the systems in place in the department for a multidisciplinary approach to patient‑centred care delivery, building on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trust’s patient and public involvement strategy.

Experienced Band 5 post holders will also provide effective clinical and managerial leadership of the department in the absence of senior members of the team, which empowers staff to deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care.
