About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Ophthalmic Account Manager (OAM) to join our client\'s UK team a leading name in medical optics and diagnostic/surgical solutions. In this field-based role, you\'ll be accountable for managing and growing sales of the Zeiss diagnostic and surgical product portfolio across hospitals, clinics, and theatres in your region.

You will play a critical role in demonstrating cutting-edge equipment, building strong customer relationships, and driving market penetration, all while ensuring seamless implementation and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical products across your territory
  • Demonstrate high-tech medical equipment to clinical, procurement, and biomedical teams
  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with Clinical Application Specialists (CAS)
  • Deliver training and implementation support to ensure successful adoption
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle
  • Attend and support marketing events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasting via CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
