Overview

Bralin Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based on Winsford Industrial Estate. This role would suit someone with previous experience in industrial paint processes or a background in production/engineering who is keen to learn and develop further skills.

The Role

You'll start on day shifts (8:00am - 4:00pm) while completing training. From January 2025, the role will move onto a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

  • Preparing and handling components for paint and finishing operations
  • Operating machinery and equipment within the paint/production department
  • Checking quality of finished work to ensure standards are met
  • Following health & safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Supporting other production tasks as required
What We\'re Looking For
  • Experience in paint operations (industrial/automotive/engineering) preferred, though training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work both days and rotating shifts
