As an Operative, you'll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor. You'll be hands‑on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping – all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Achieving daily production targets
• Recording and reporting quality data
• Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles
• Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What We’re Looking For

The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. In addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application:

• Good communication skills and strong numeracy
• A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with manual handling
