At the heart of easyJet’s future growth is our ability to continually evolve how we operate ensuring our crew model is as efficient, adaptable and commercially effective as possible. Now, we’re looking for an Operations Transformation Manager - Analytics to join our new Operations Transformation team and lead the charge in turning data into strategic, sustainable change.

Your Mission: Reporting to the Head of Operations Transformation, you’ll take a lead role in shaping the future of our operating model. This is a role where your analytical excellence will be matched by your ability to translate insight into practical, operationally sound recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross functional analyses to identify and evidence opportunities for operational and commercial improvement in the operating model.
  • Use data from multiple sources even with conflicting inputs to form robust, future proof recommendations.
  • Blend operational and commercial knowledge with analytical findings to predict real world impacts of proposed changes.
  • Benchmark easyJet’s performance against industry best practice to uncover new opportunities for transformation.
  • Develop clear strategic plans that communicate both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ to People, Operations and senior leadership teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, People and Finance to ensure solutions are both ambitious and achievable.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, identifying PBT positive opportunities for change.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy, attention to detail and a clear focus on delivering measurable results.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategic decision making in a commercial or operational setting.
  • Deep understanding of airline operations, commercial models, or people functions.
  • Proven ability to work across functions, influencing and collaborating to deliver change.
  • Excellent data storytelling skills, able to make complex analysis accessible to all audiences.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently while coaching and supporting colleagues.
  • Desirable: Experience with generative AI and advanced data tools.

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • BAYE, SAYE & Performance Share Schemes
  • 7% company pension contribution
  • Life Assurance
  • Private Medical Insurance
