Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in warehouse or transport operations.
  • At least 12 months' experience in a similar role.
  • NIBOSH certification is desirable.

We're now looking for an Operations Support Controller to support the GM and site management team and oversee the IFM contract and associated site facilities activity, achievement of H&S KPIs, and auditing sites to confirm legal compliance.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  1. Deliver service-related initiatives
  2. Create, monitor, and coordinate regional training plans with operational teams
  3. Oversee H&S compliance, identify and resolve gaps
  4. Coordinate hazard reporting, accident investigations, and H&S audits as required
  5. Ensure all records are compliant with legislation and DHL policy

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Have a minimum of 12 months' experience in warehouse or transport operations
  • Have at least 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Possess strong administrative skills
  • Have knowledge of Health & Safety practices
  • Are proficient in basic IT tools, including Excel
  • Hold NIBOSH certification (desirable)
